• Where is the store based?

  Corona, CA

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  ★ We sure do! (besides Germany idk why my manufacturer won't ship to that country (im sorry fellow germans :< I will find a way)
  ★ Shipping is sent straight from the warehouse for international orders in order to ensure delivery and cheap delivery rates for both me and you!
  ★ Shipments outside US will take 2-4 weeks to arrive :3

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks!

• How long do pre-orders take?

  Preorders can take anywhere from several days to several months, any estimates may be off by up to several weeks if we run into issues, please check descriptions for specific product info!
